What is nervous system regulation?

Nervous system regulation refers to practices that help the body shift out of chronic stress and back into a balanced, resilient state. When your nervous system is regulated, energy improves, focus sharpens, sleep deepens, and emotional well-being stabilizes. Techniques include breathwork, qigong, mindfulness, and somatic movement.

What is Qigong and how does it help with stress?

Qigong is a gentle Chinese mindful movement practice combining slow movement, breathing, and mindful awareness. Research shows it lowers cortisol levels, activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" state), and improves focus and energy. No fitness or flexibility required — it's accessible to anyone.

Do I need experience with meditation or qigong?

None at all. Every workshop, class, and program at Pro Well Hub is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. If you can breathe, you can participate.

How is a workshop different from the membership?

A workshop is a single focused session — a great way to experience the work or go deep on one topic.
