I've been where you are. That's why this work matters to me.
​
In 2000, a serious accident turned my life upside down, leaving me with health challenges that conventional medicine couldn't fully address. In my 20s, I found myself battling chronic pain, frequent illness, and the kind of exhaustion that makes everything harder. I was sick of being sick.
​
In 2006, I made a bold move — leaving Poland for New York City to pursue a dream internship in Public Relations. Without a support network, I had to build my life from scratch in a new culture, a new language, and one of the most fast-paced cities in the world. That pressure became my greatest teacher.
​
As I built my career, I also worked tirelessly to restore my health. I discovered that the tools that actually moved the needle weren't the ones being prescribed — they were practices like qigong, breathwork, and nervous system regulation that I'd had to seek out on my own. Each one brought me closer to healing and resilience.
​
Over more than 20 years in high-pressure healthcare environments — including leading wellness initiatives for emergency medicine teams at a major NYC health system during COVID-19 — I saw firsthand how devastating chronic stress is, and how rarely people have the tools to address it.
In 2024, I left my healthcare leadership career to dedicate myself fully to this work. Now, in my mid-40s, I'm healthier and more resilient than ever — and I'm committed to helping others get there too.

My philosophy: Simplify to Amplify.

You don't need more. You need the right things. When you clear the noise and focus on what actually supports your nervous system, everything else — energy, focus, sleep, mood, performance — improves naturally.
High performance and well-being are not opposites. They support each other. You shouldn't have to sacrifice your health to keep up with your life.
