40-Minute Guided Qi Flow Experience 

 

Energy Reset for Stress Relief, Focus & Calm​

If you’re feeling tense, mentally overloaded, or running on empty, this guided Qi Flow session is designed to help your nervous system slow down, reset, and restore balance.

This is a gentle, accessible practice that uses slow movement, breath, and awareness to release stress held in the body and bring you back into a calm, grounded state.

  • No experience required.

  • No mat or special clothing.

  • Suitable for home or work.

This class is for  you if you:

✔ Carry stress in your neck, shoulders, or jaw
✔ Struggle to mentally switch off
✔ Want to feel calm, clear, and present again

✔ Want to relieve aches and pains

• Gentle flowing movements
• Breath-guided awareness
• Nervous system calming
• A grounded, relaxed state by the end of the session

Many of these practices are adapted from what I teach in wellness programs and corporate workshops to support stress resilience and sustainable performance.
