Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class to avoid forfeiting the class or incurring a fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will result in the class being considered used, with no refund or rescheduling option. No-Shows: Clients who miss a class without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule a class if done at least 24 hours in advance, based on availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee of $15. Credits for Future Services: No refunds will be provided for missed or canceled classes. Canceled classes may be eligible for credit toward future services if canceled in advance and according to the above policy. Agreement: • By purchasing private class packages or vouchers, clients agree to these terms.
