With 20+ years in corporate healthcare and leadership, I’ve lived the reality of high-pressure environments—back-to-back meetings, constant demands, and the ongoing balancing act professionals face every day.

I understand this world because I’ve been in it.

Over the past decade, I’ve combined that experience with deep training in wellness and mind-body practices, earning a Master’s in Health and Human Performance and completing 1,500+ hours in breathwork, mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation.

Since 2018, I’ve  led wellness and engagement initiatives in demanding organizational settings—including supporting emergency medicine team at leading NYC health system during the height of COVID-19.

This isn’t theoretical. It’s lived experience.
